Reporting alleged infringement
If you believe content on this product profile infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the support desk at /contact/ with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of the infringing material with enough detail for us to locate it (URL, page title, screenshot).
- Your contact details (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
We review each notice, remove or restrict access to the alleged material where appropriate, and notify the user who posted it where we can identify them.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice through the same desk at /contact/. The counter-notice must include the items required by applicable law.
Effective date
