Use the Come product on your own terms

Fantasy contests, rummy tables and sports markets carry financial risk. The controls below are designed to keep that risk inside a budget you control, not inside the platform's default settings.

Set limits before the first deposit

Open the Come account profile on day one and set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap. The product supports a session-time limit and a loss cap as well. None of these controls are retroactive - they only protect deposits you have not yet made.

Three controls to switch on first

Daily deposit cap. A rupee amount below which the platform cannot accept a deposit on a given day. Loss cap. A rupee amount of net loss at which the platform locks the wallet for the rest of the day. Session-time reminder. A notification every 30 or 60 minutes while the app is open.

Self-exclusion and account closure

Self-exclusion pauses the account for a chosen cooling-off period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or longer). Account closure is permanent and irreversible. Both are reachable from the account profile. The support desk at /contact/ can action a same-day pause on a verified account if the profile controls are not reachable.

Cooling-off signals to watch for

  • Chasing losses with a larger deposit
  • Borrowing money to fund a deposit
  • Playing past a self-set time limit
  • Hiding play from family or colleagues
  • Feeling anxious or irritable when play is not possible

If two or more of these are familiar, pause the account and talk to someone outside the platform. The desk can route you to professional support organisations if you ask.

What the Come product will not do

This product profile will not invent a withdrawal speed, a payout guarantee or a winnings figure that the operator's snapshot does not contain. No "you're playing great" notification will be published. We will not suggest that you increase your deposit to chase a bonus or unlock a higher VIP tier faster.

How we keep our own site honest

Every product fact on this product profile traces to a dated snapshot. If a fact is not in the snapshot, it is labelled Not published or omitted. Where a value would help a visitor but is not available, we point to the support desk instead of inventing a number.
